General Information

Service and Assistance Dogs:

Service and Assistance Dogs are specially trained to assist people with visible and/or invisible disabilities; such as mobility and chronic pain related disorders.

Depending on the handler’s disability and related symptoms, these dogs are specially trained to perform many tasks in order to assist the individual with activities of daily living and therefore provide the handler with some ‘independence’ both at home and in public places.
